The Club

Welcome to the website of the St. Lawrence Automobile Club (acronym St. LAC, pronounced “Saint Lack”). St. LAC is located in the Kingston, Ontario, Canada and is the motor sport group to join for any enthusiasts in South Eastern Ontario.

Our club and it’s members are involved in a wide variety of car related activities which for the most part revolve around Motorsports:

Autocrossing or SOLO racing is our largest interest amongst our club members. Auto Slalom (Solo II) at club, regional and national levels.

St. LAC welcomes any new members whatever their automotive interest or level of involvement. There are no restrictions on what type of car or intended motoring activity. The club is the point of entry for beginners into motor sport on a club level as well as providing affiliation for experienced drivers in Provincial and National Class competition. Existing members have a wide variety of knowledge and skill to help and/or advise new entrants to the sport.

The club hosts a Regional Championship Slalom, which is highly regarded by Ontario and SCCA competitors.

Meetings are held monthly. They usually include the first hour is a business meeting followed by a social meeting. Please refer to the website calendar for specifics on times and location. All members and visitors are welcome.
